RD or Recurring Deposit Calculator

 

RD or Recurring Deposit is one of the saving option that helps you save for long-term goals or future. Interest rates of the Recurring Deposits Schemes are the same.  It helps the individual to develop a regular habit of saving.

One can open an individual account or joint account. You can open the account at an early age (even from 10 years of age), with a minimum balance of Rs. 100.

Interest rates of the RD in post office from 1st April 2020 is 5.8%. The maximum time period of any RD is 5 years, witch can be extended for more 5 years with simple formalities.
